Lindsay specializes in supporting emerging adults, the perinatal population, parents, and couples. She is a psychotherapist with an educational background in both public health and college student development, shaping her lens on mental health from a systemic, wellness-based, and developmental perspective. Lindsay has extensive experience in both higher education and private practice, helping clients navigate life transitions with an emphasis on prevention, empowerment, and integrative wellness. Many of her clients are deep feelers, high achievers, creatives, athletes, and/or neurodivergent individuals who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or pressure to “keep it all together.” She draws from evidence-based and integrative approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to help clients manage emotions, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and cultivate self-compassion and balance.

Outside the therapy space, Lindsay is a wife, a mom of two, and a bonus mom of one. She enjoys reading, dancing, gymnastics, spending time in nature, making homemade pizzas, and organizing family game nights. Having lived in the Rocky Mountains, the Sonoran Desert, and the Appalachian East Coast, she brings a love of adventure and a diversity of perspectives to her life and work.
