Sandi believes that a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for true healing. She offers a warm, integrative approach to therapy, working with both individuals and couples to navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. Sandi specializes in marital and family conflict, trauma recovery, life transitions, women’s issues, and eating disorder treatment.

In her work with couples, Sandi draws from the Gottman Method, Imago Dialogue, and Parts Work to foster deeper trust, intimacy, and communication. She understands that therapy is never one-size-fits-all and tailors her approach to meet each client's unique needs, blending evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brainspotting, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Sandi earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management and her Master of Science in Counseling: Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy from the University of Phoenix. She is Brainspotting certified for both individuals and couples, has completed multiple Gottman Method trainings, and is EDIT-trained for the treatment of eating disorders. In addition, she has received specialized training in Maternal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International.

With a deep respect for each client’s unique journey, Sandi is committed to providing a compassionate, empowering space where healing and growth can flourish.

In Sandi’s free time she enjoys watching her triplets participate in sports, playing with her bulldogs, and hiking with her husband.
