Shelby holds a deep passion for perinatal mental health, providing heartfelt support to those experiencing pregnancy, postpartum, and fertility challenges. She understands the complex emotional landscape of this season and is committed to creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel truly heard, supported, and empowered. Using a client-centered approach, Shelby tailors therapy to meet each individual’s unique needs, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As a certified EMDR therapist, she specializes in helping clients work through trauma, guiding them toward lasting healing and emotional freedom.

Outside of her work, Shelby enjoys spending quality time with her family, finding peace through paddleboarding, exploring new cultures through travel, and recharging her mind and body through yoga. Her vibrant and grounded approach to life is reflected in the care she offers her clients — creating a therapy experience rooted in connection, authenticity, and growth.
